We are looking for a Product Integrations Sr. Manager to be part of the team of ViacomCBS.The Product Integrations Sr. Manager oversees the implementation of integrations with our partners (MVPDs, Telcos, ecommerce) as well as provide technical account management for named strategic customers.
These activities require working with internal cross-functional technical, distribution, media content operations and product groups, and external customer business and engineering teams to drive successful delivery of customer engagements.
Role Responsibilities : Define the integrations workflow addressing all operational dependencies to ensure flawless execution and customer support.
Manages a portfolio of integration solutions our distribution teams can use to close more deals.Involved in the full customer lifecycle with a goal to make customers successful and speed up integration process increasing revenue and retention.
Assess business requirements : Close the gap by influencing global roadmap or considering developing locally.Owning delivery of solutions to customers.
The interface with the delivery teams of our customers.Managing communication in good and challenging project phases.The primary technical post-sales contact for key customers.
Triaging and managing status of all assigned customer issues.The interface with other Viacom distribution, product, engineering and content teams necessary to solve complex customer issues.
Maintaining an excellent technical product knowledge on Viacom video product workflows.Independently manage key accountsEvangelize a customer centric approach to partner integrations, training new team members, distribution and cross-functional teams on Viacom workflows and solutions Role Requirements : Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Five years or more of technical account management experience or the equivalent- especially within the digital media technology, embedded technology and / or entertainment spaceDemonstrated customer service, leadership, communications, project management, organizational and problem solving skills.
Strong sense of ownership and follow-through.Demonstrated business acumen and innovation.Demonstrated ability in risk management and problem anticipation.
Proficiency in working with structured data (including XML), Web-based API’s, Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence and high standards.Project Management background
