CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEMr. Appliance of West Central Ohio, Inc. is an in-home service provider that offers speedy, expert appliance repair.

We are an independently owned and operated franchise that runs our office out of Lima, Ohio. For this position, we offer a starting pay of $13 / hr and include a benefits package of 401K, full health, dental, vision and paid vacation, paid PTO and paid holidays.

Principal Area of Responsibility : Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for customer satisfaction in front-line customer relations, with responsibility for booking appointments, dispatching, problem solving, and answering all customer questions.

Being resourceful is a must! Additionally, the CSR will complete pick lists, purchase orders, stock orders for technicians, complete ARs, close out completed tickets, follow up on outstanding tickets, back orders, outstanding balances, etc.

and any other miscellaneous tasks provided by management.· Answers phones in rotation in a call center like setting, making getting to the calls a priority and utilizing hold to manage multiple customers.

  • Manages customer complaints in a professional manner.· Completes daily tasks in between phone calls.· Works as a team, is productive, fast-paced and resourceful.
  • Books customers for the next available job opening, pushing for same day service and selling the appointment and / or job to the customer.
  • Manages company email by responding to all incoming emails and entering all work order dispatches and communicating it with customers.
  • Maintain customer contact and relationships by providing information and services.Job Hours : This is a full-time position, 40 hours, Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm.

    Requirements : · Excellent customer service skills. Must have a great customer service voice.· Ability to diffuse upset customer situations with minimal assistance from management.
