What you will do :
1. Product Diagnostics and repair
To repair the Stryker products at customers’ premises, preview the correct diagnostic of problem in the equipment.
2. Responsible for register devices to repair and equipment repaired
To register in QAD system all the devices to control product input and output of the company. In order to maintain record keeping to repairs and shipments.
3. Repair quotes
To enter all quotations in the QAD system, with the accurate cost and to find the margins in each case.
4. In house repairs
Make any necesarry repairs to products that Stryker has registered as imported and sold.
5. Instalation Support
Support installation specialists or sales representatives on hospital configurations. Install I-Suite and give support to final customer on how to use the product.
6. Maintain Service Level
Send repaired devices to customer on time set. Provide the required assitance.
Associate must conduct all business and affairs in compliance with all laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Stryker Code of Conduct, and in accordance with the highest ethical standards.
What you will need :
Technician degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Biotechnology and other related areas
Strong knowledge of Electronics or Mechanics skills
Previous experience within field.
Certified in Medical, Instruments, Endoscopy, Communication and Navigation System products
Advanced English is a plus
Computer competency in Excel and Word
