You will be the first person that Medallians, candidates, and visitors meet when coming to our office, and the one that they remember when they leave.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as our office receptionist : greet Medallians, candidates, visitors, take phone calls, sign for packages, and maintain a pleasant, welcoming environment.
  • Must be able to remain agile with changing priorities and requests from the business.
  • Assist with room booking and switching meeting spaces according to employee needs.
  • Run different type of errands and answer incoming calls to the main phone line and reroute accordingly.
  • Assist with miscellaneous office administrative tasks as assigned, including streamlining processes for the office and internal projects.
  • Availability to work full time (9 AM to 18PM) Monday to Friday.
  • Qualifications :

  • Advanced level of English.
  • Obtained or working towards a bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-2 years experience in customer service.
  • Experience with GoogleApps and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • A passionate, detail oriented multi-tasker and self-starter.
  • Solid organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
