The Dynamic Pressure Management (DPM) Field Specialist (Supervisor) is responsibe for the delivery of high quality operations including pre-
planning and logistics, supervision of all on-site DPM personnel, and delivery of end-of-well performance summary reports.
The candidate works in a team at the wellsite and will provide strategic customer information. This is primarily a field position and requires shift work with a typical shift length of 12 hours, however, including change over between shifts and attending required meetings, the average day may be 14 hours.
If a problem with the system occurs when employee is off shift they will be called upon to troubleshoot and repair the problem.
The position reports to the PSD Manager.

Successful DPM Supervisors have an advanced understanding of mechanics and hydraulics and a basic understanding of electronics and interfacing protocols.
