Summary : Facebook is seeking a lead for Business Development and Mobile Partnerships Manager who is passionate about technology, truly connecting people through social media, the mobile eco-system and business strategy.

Business Development at Facebook is responsible for negotiating partnerships that enhance our product offerings, generate new revenue streams, drive distribution of the Facebook portfolio of services, generate new users for the company, or otherwise add value to the Facebook user experience.

This position is full-time and will be based in our Buenos Aires City office and this person will be responsible for all South Cone.

Required Skills : 1. Serve as business development lead dedicated to growing Facebook's user base and engagement through partnerships 2.

Work with Facebook platform team to identify partnerships that connect consumers and developers to make the world more connected on Facebook 3.

Work with Facebook engineering team on partnership opportunities that evaluate and explore strategic opportunities 4. Represent Facebook in meetings with executives from other companies in LATAM 5.

Be a source of deep insights about the mobile industry and global ecosystem partners 6. Collaborate with partners and developers throughout the development process, ensuring that the final product supports Facebook's goals as well as the partner's, and is the best possible experience for users 7.

Execute in an intense, fast-paced, and highly iterative environment MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications : 8. BA or BS degree required 9.

JD or MBA preferred 10. 8+ years of related business development experience in a high-growth mobile industry related company, with negotiation and partner management experience 11.

Extensive negotiation experience, including comfort with legal aspects of negotiations 12. Available to travel at least 50% of the time 13.

Fluent in Spanish and English Preferred Qualifications : 14. International experience 15. Mobile industry related experience 16.

Proven commercial leadership with business development and operational experience at start-ups or large consumer Internet / technology companies 17.

Strong technical competence and interest 18. Exceptional organizational and analytical skills 19. Highly strategic and capable of driving internal stakeholders to a consensus on important issues 20.

Extensive knowledge of online business models and Internet / consumer / mobile technology 21. Proven track record with high standards of professionalism 22.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships 23. Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized 24.

Excellent communication skills 25. Ability to meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision 26.

Prior experience working in a high-growth or start-up technology company Industry : Internet
