Responsibilities

  • Update and prepare training materials for clients. Amend and revise materials as necessary, in order to adapt to changes that occur.
  • Support training efforts, handles related tasks as assigned.
  • Act as support, fielding client, project managers, and trainer’s questions or issues related to training documents.
  • Meticulously create and maintain Training Documents for all clients
  • Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills along with client management skills.
  • Utilize MS Office products to edit, revise and update training documents according to Syneos guidelines.
  • Flexible, highly motivated with strong organization skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities to meet critical deadlines.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, innovative, and able to work autonomously in a professional manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
