Responsibilities

Develop trusted relationship to partners with the various Category Boards and Segments to establish the cross-LOB cost efficiencies / strategic plan and AOPs

Analyze current spend pool, internal clients need and suppliers. Build and implement plans and projects accordingly.

Deliver cost savings and avoidance targets.

Create sourcing strategies for key categories focusing on the total value contribution

Negotiate Agreement that ensure favorable (but fair and sustainable) agreements.

Help the business to comply with global / local policies.

Engage / Collaborate with global sourcing teams.

Create estimates and forecasts

Ensure consistent application of procurement processes across constituent groups

Identify, develop and deploy best practice supplier management, procurement and supply chain practices

Institutionalize procurement performance measures that demonstrate value and ensure supplier performance

Ensure compliance, cost savings and performance measures are established, tracked and achieved

Support sourcing staff and drive internal skill / capability development to broaden and build their skill sets and capabilities

Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances

Basic Qualifications :

Required Tenure : 7+ years’ experience in Strategic Sourcing

Bilingual level of english

Bachelor's Degree
