Media.Monks is looking for an English-speaking, well-rounded, experienced Creative Director with an art direction background ready to get their hands dirty, lead projects, concept, and pitch for one of the world’s most beloved brands in our Buenos Aires Office.
Our ideal candidate has a strong background in art direction and design, as well as experience leading, guiding and mentoring teams.
In this role you will :
Direct, inspire and lead a creative team in order to achieve best in class advertising campaigns for
entertainment companies. Which should communicate perfectly any show request we have.
Work shoulder to shoulder with the planning team to create strategies and new ways of communication and
media for social, traditional or new media campaigns
Coordinate, inspire and guide creativity team : Copywriters, art directors, AV editors, planners, etc.
Lead the relationship with our clients in any country of LATAM, having context of the culture of the region
Lead the finishing for the project we develop, ensuring high values for creativity, edit, conceptualization,
Monitors and looks for opportunities for the editorial & publishing area.
More than 5 years of experience leading creatively cross functional teams.
More than 15 years of experience working in creative agencies or creative services teams.
Lead customer relationship (100% client-facing).
Must be aware of pop culture, new series, movies, and social media conversations.
Excellent English communication skills. (100% bilingual).
Be up to date with innovative audiovisual content formats.
Social Media Savvy (must have and use social networks daily).
Creative direction input.
