Role Purpose :
Lead one or more development, implementation or integration projects, internally, or with customers, across the AlinIQ product portfolio.
Key Accountabilities :
Become a trusted advisor to customers
Provide leadership for all aspects of project and customer relationship management.
Maintain and assume accountability for a culture of high customer service Operational.
Effectively lead, mentor and drive matrix project teams to plan, prioritize and deliver on time, on budget, including interfacing with 3rd party integrators as needed.
Capture and manage all internal and external change requests.
Track and report on project KPI’s on a regular basis; serve as escalation point.
Revise and keep up to date, all project documents (including Quality) & systems of record.
Deliver engaging, informative and well-organized presentations to stakeholders.
Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%), to customer and Abbott locations.
Bachelors or Masters’ degree in Information Systems, Computer Sciences, Sciences, Management, or Operations, preferably with Project Management training / certification.
4 6 years of relevant experience managing enterprise software development, implementation or integration projects in customer facing roles;
experience managing healthcare / diagnostic informatics projects is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate project / program management efforts involving multi-disciplinary distributed teams and delivering on-time, on-budget
