Through deep professional services engagements, the ProServe Advisory practice helps customers to establish their overall cloud vision, strategy, & roadmap -

Team members possess a diverse IT and / or Consulting background and in-depth knowledge of industry IT trends (including but not limited to : business case development, business architecture, IT and BU innovation, organizational change management, IT governance, IT process & compliance, data center migrations, IT frameworks like ITSM, ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT, PMBOK, and cloud operating models), leveraging this credibility as advisors with customers, partners, and internally across AWS.
An ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas :
This is a customer facing role. You be required to travel to client locations to deliver professional services when needed.
Core Skills : Primary skills are based around IT Service Management (ITIL), Business Change Management and Operating Models.

Other Desireable Skills : o AWS-specific skills are desirable but not necessary. However, experience managing or migrating to enterprise production AWS environments is extremely desirable o ITIL Processes (Service Design, Service Transition, Service Strategy, Service Operation, Continual Service Improvement) o ITSM Key Processes (Provision, Release, Incident, Problem, Asset, Event, IT Change) o IT Operations (Infrastructure / Application Management and Operations) o Project Management (PMP, Scrum, Agile) o Cloud Sales / Account Management skills o Cloud Architecture and Solution design skills
