PEOPLE COMMS DELIVERY LIVE EVENTS SPECIALIST ROLE DESCRIPTION GBS M+C People Comms Delivery team supports all internal cross-channel communication services, working with Marketing and Communications teams across Accenture.

The communication Specialist will work in collaboration with M+C management teams on the execution of internal campaigns aimed at leaders, customer support teams, the general public of the company, etc.

The role will be responsible for operating the company massive mailing tool and analytics reporting, among others. As part of the daily work, the People Comms Delivery Specialist will need to connect with different communicators, understand their needs and execute their campaigns in the internal communication channels.

The channels will also include the broadcast / production platforms to host any virtual Live Events as part of campaigns.

Type of experience : + Conduct virtual meetings to understand the needs of the internal customer. + Develop and update the intranet (WordPress).

  • Operate cross-channel digital communication tools based on requests from internal requestors. + Ensure the quality of the content and design of the deliverables, following Accenture internal communication guidelines and the technical restrictions of the tools available + Experience working with senior stakeholders will be preferred + Basic Project management and tracking + Working knowledge of excel and other office tools + Good understanding of corporate communications will be an advantage Technical and Personal Skills : Soft skills required + Business communication verbal and written both + Profile oriented to communication and design + Understanding usability principles and familiarity with agile methods and program management + Good customer service skills / Stakeholder Management + Critical and on-ground thinking + Ability to organize your work and manage different projects.
  • Comfort and naturalness to work with internal clients from different countries and cultures. + Attention to detail. + Proactive in the search for improvements + Ability to work independently with minimum handholding + Able to work as part of a team Hard skills required + Competent in office package : Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
  • Intermediate level of HTML / CSS (Knowledge of JS / JQuery will be valued) + WordPress experience + Understanding web traffic metrics will be valued.
  • Experience using SharePoint or other workflow management tools will be valued.
