Freelancer.com is looking for a Junior Account Manager that lives and breaths everything technology! You will be responsible for guiding a wide variety of clients through the site, finding the best freelancers to complete their projects, and hitting monthly targets to drive revenue for the Account Management team.

You will be solving problems for a diverse range of industries, businesses and entrepreneurs; on the other you will help provide people with employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer service through email, calls or live chat sessions at all times.
  • Handle and investigate customer issues and recommend solutions.
  • Effectively articulate complex information to a variety of technical and non-technical users.
  • Solve issues using a variety of different mediums, including email, chat and phone.
  • Interact with our customer support team on a regular basis.
  • Turning customer service into customer acquisition.
  • Handle sensitive and complex support issues as well as escalated issues.
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
  • Requirements :

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. You have the ability to express complex ideas simply and concisely.
  • Time management skills. You can handle juggling multiple tasks and clients at once.
  • Ability to problem solve under pressure. You can come up with creative solutions while working with the client.
  • Keen interest in all things tech. You are excited by the prospect of learning the basics of web / mobile development, digital marketing, UX design, and more!
  • A self-starter nature. You can work both independently and in a team and are constantly seeking new challenges
  • Competitive spirit. You don’t shy away from meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Preferred Experience :

  • A degree or diploma in a business / marketing / communications or related discipline.
  • Customer service experience. You go above and beyond for your clients.
  • Work schedule :

  • The working hours are Sunday to Thursday 1 : 00pm to 9 : 00pm
