Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el rol de FACILITIES COORDINATOR para unirse a nuestro equipo :

  • Ubicación : Buenos Aires y alrededores, Argentina
  • Horario de trabajo : Disponibilidad
  • Tipo de contrato : Tiempo Indefinido
  • Objetivo del puesto :

  • El propósito de esta posición es gestionar funciones múltiples de la operación de las oficinas y mantenimiento de las instalaciones.
  • Responsabilidades :

  • Trabajar en conjunto con el Facilities Manager en las actividades diarias.
  • Asistencia al FM en reportes, supervisión de solicitudes de trabajo, mudanzas. Atención a reuniones
  • Supervisa y / o gestiona las tareas de reparación y mantenimiento realizadas por técnicos, vendedores y contratistas realizando trabajos de mantenimiento de edificios, paisajismo.
  • Asegura el cumplimiento en tiempo y forma de las solicitudes de trabajo y planes anuales.
  • Supervisión directa de proveedores y colaboradores.
  • Se conduce como ejemplo y modelo de comportamientos consistentes con los valores de nuestro Cliente.
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas y organizativas.
  • Capacidad para proporcionar servicio eficiente, oportuno, confiable y amable a los clientes Capacidad para presentar eficazmente la información.
  • Capacidad para responder efectivamente a cuestiones delicadas.
  • Requiere de habilidades analíticas y cuantitativas.
  • Requisitos :

  • Conocimiento avanzado de Microsoft Office, internet e intranet
  • Conocimiento funcional de sistemas arquitectónicos, eléctricos y mecánicos.
  • Conocimiento intermedio de inglés : deseable.
  • Conocimiento intermedio de portugués : deseable
  • Áreas de estudio deseables : arquitectura, ingeniería, administración
