As Key Account Manager you will be responsible for the results of the product or product groups allocated to your target.

Because of your excellent knowledge you will be the contact-person for a target-group. You will identify the customer’s needs to increase revenue by leveraging the company’s full offerings and identify new business opportunities.


Utilize market, customer and environmental insights to develop local account plans, translating these into both strategic and tactical levels.

Own the account objectives and monitor progress against agreed objectives.

Define the target customer lists, which will drive the implementation of the account plan and ensure appropriate contact with these customers.

Develop key influencers in the target accounts to become advocates for the product.

In conjunction with the Commercial area, identify key strategic influencers and develop a plan for the company to build relationships and leverage these to improve the positioning and accessibility of the product in the Argentinian market place to deliver sales.

Ensure the company is strategically positioned with external key stakeholders in the territory through allocation of appropriate contacts, management of strategic relationships and monitoring.

You will be in the center of complex sales processes, will proactively follow and analyze market evolutions and create partnerships with different actors within the decision process.

You will analyze market information and conduct meetings with the target groups in order to identify the partnership possibilities thus contribute to the account planning in order to obtain the best results.

You will deliver customer focused service to further develop the relationship and track of your knowledge (pharmacology, products, market, competitors, and communication techniques) through participation in trainings and conducting regular self-studies

Education & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of five (5) years relevant sales or account management experience and / or solution sales management experience (preferred).
  • An existent network within the target group is a plus.
  • Extended knowledge of the Argentinian Pharma & Health Care market (mandatory)
  • Advanced proficiency in English;
  • Driver’s license B
