Act as primary legal advisor for product and engineering teams, supporting them from design to launch of new features, products, services, programs, and commercial relationships.
Counsel and coordinate across Business, Legal, Privacy, to recognize and mitigate legal issues related to the development and use of data as well as the commercialization of data / technology products and services.
Help ensure compliance with company standards, consumer protection laws, privacy laws and regulations, commercial and contractual issues, and other legal requirements.
Understand and advance Syneos Health’s priorities by connecting issues across business leaders and subject matter experts to develop and drive comprehensive, long-term legal strategies that balance risk and business objectives.
Draft and negotiate a variety of legal agreements involving complex partnerships, technology transactions, and IP-related legal issues.
Prioritize workload to set goals and meet deadlines in a fluctuating and sometimes ambiguous business environment.
Collaborate with legal team members to improve processes and ensure business demands are satisfied.
Support various public company requirements.
Manage external counsel in accordance with outside counsel guidelines.

What we’re looking for
JD / LLM / LLB or an equivalent Degree from an accredited University
Licensed / Qualified lawyer / admitted to practice law
Experience at a technology company advising on data & data-related transactions, privacy, products, technology transactions, consumer protection, privacy and data security, and IP law.
Experience with marketing, advertising, and / or life sciences experience (FDA) is a plus.
Completion of law school and admission to the bar and in good standing in at least one jurisdiction in Argentina.
Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams.
Ability to collaborate with colleagues and take a business-oriented approach while identifying and balancing legal risks and providing succinct, accurate and pragmatic advice.
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, independent judgment, a desire to learn, and an ability to take on and prioritize a wide variety of complex matters.
Highly motivated, detail-oriented self-starter with strong communication skills and confidence to take initiative in identifying legal and business concerns and communicating them appropriately to external counsel, internal counsel and / or the business stakeholders.
Outstanding relationship-building skills.
