In this role, key responsibilities will include : + Coordinate and help manage appropriate IX market governance and leadership cadence.
support execution against the 5-year growth strategy+ Support development of sales messaging, IX presence at marquee events external speaker spotlights, industry events, analyst briefings, ecosystem partner engagements etc.
in the market in coordination with the global IX agenda+ Partner / collaborate with central Marketing and Comms teams to ensure appropriate market-level messaging, and engagement of our people+ Champion and advocate - drive channel awareness, promote win stories, harvest and share client credentials in collaboration with S&PP+ Facilitate set up and execution of strategic campaigns.
Coordinate activities to achieve pre-defined metrics to targeted outcomes.+ Engage with S&PP to define and execute sales enablement and co-ordination to activate Market IX sales engine as well as campaigns and account planning+ Partner / collaborate with the S&C MU Ops leads (and relevant tech counterparts) to ensure consistent approach, common understanding of key IX topics, and two-way sharing of relevant information+ Partner / collaborate with the various corporate functions that support the entity and provide additional support as needed+ Align and manage market IX-specific investments (MD&I), ensuring they execute against agreed plans, to maximize ROI + Define and manage recommended action plans to address financial and growth performance insights as needed - driven at Market level (to ensure holistic and coordinated approach), implemented in the MUs in co-ordination with the S&C MU Ops Leads+ Actively support the positioning of IX within the Industry and Function Networks, working with relevant Market / MU activation teamsSkills and Experience : + Experience in leading business operations essential + Experience in working with acquisitions desireable+ Able to clearly tell a story in PPT, distill and convey key messages+ Able to quickly understand large amounts of data and distill the key messages+ Excellent communication, organization time management and problem-solving skills + Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders+ Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects + Proven team management skills + Ability to function as a Team Player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality+ Attention to detail
