Understand Finance requirements in close cooperation with the Business Partners
Coordinate regularly with Finance Operations Head finance meetings / reviews : statutory account reviews, financing issues, audit follow up and tax / treasury outstanding issues.
Participate to bi-annual account committees (calendar, agenda, synthesis).
Evaluate the local financial management, systems and processes are in place to support country business requirements (looking for optimization opportunities).
Follow-up on timely answers / validation from Corporate functions (Tax, Legal, Treasury, Group Accounting, Compliance, Internal Controls) and local advisors when required.
Deliver time and effort estimations for the implementation of the solutions.
Assist in managing levelling of resources (resource allocation), including adjustments based on emerging business or technical opportunities and challenges.
Maintain processes to ensure project documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete
Apply the best practices in project management in order to assure the quality standards are met
Develop positive relationships with managers and staff, making sure that all the aims of the project are met
Set, observe, and re-evaluate project priorities frequently
Administrate successfully project management framework, processes, and tools
Effective track and communication of project status and metrics
Carry out risk assessment
Support change management activities
Ensure the generation and maintenance of training documentation regarding the systems, solutions and processes
Share lessons learned and best practices across programs, building relationships with stakeholders and brokering relationships at all levels
