What You'll Do
The Client Services Manager role is instrumental to Cisco's objective of services led interactions as a key differentiator to maximize the value of Cisco to our customers and partners to deliver Business Outcomes.
Ideal candidates would have sold solutions into the Service Provider market place including professional services, software and hardware knowledge of the Cisco Solution Portfolio.
They have previous experience working in Service Providers and or selling directly to Service Providers, marketplace integrator and or overlay / support roles..
Customer meetings, Executive briefings, Internal Strategy meetings
Strategic account planning with Sales and Customer Advocacy teammates,
Managing to the business plan
Weekly / monthly / quarterly forecasting
Consistent territory communications with consulting, direct sales team and engineering teammates, inside sales team members, and service delivery management
Regular external meetings with business partners management and individual contributors
Partnering with Finance, Legal, Customer Service, Sales Operations.
Creation and Execution of Service Sales and Solution Strategy
Client Service Manager is a customer-facing sale to lead overall success of Cisco brand service business in Chile Local Service Provider, including management of account plan activities, generation of a balanced and healthy pipeline, forecast and achievement of signings, revenue, contract profitability, client satisfaction as well as converting traditional offers into service driven engagements
The Client Service Manager is expected to generate and close complex service driven deals.

The Client Services Manager is an integral part of the Services Sales and Charter Account Team and will report to the Client Services Director.
The Client Services Manager is an integral part of the Account Team and will report to the Director, Service Sales. This is in Chile, based position.
Who You Are
Client Services Manager General requirements include BA / BS, postgraduate education is a plus but not required.
At least 10 years’ experience of outside sales experience in the high tech industry is required. Previous consulting and / or management experience is preferred.
An understanding of Cisco cross-functional business structure, go-to-market strategy and services / products is beneficial but not required.
Business travel is 20-40% annually.
Solid computer skills and use of Microsoft Office is required.
