The Technical Functional Analyst is responsible for leading and deliver the requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and support for applications within a specified business process area.
Also, leading medium to large projects and coordinating local activities, being the face of the customer for Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) projects for the EtQ Reliance and other applications.

Functional leader of medium to large projects for a specific business capability across multiple functional and technical areas with wide range of complexity.
Proactive analysis of business processes and identification of innovative ways to address near term business needs which includes identifying these opportunities, reviewing and obtaining a disposition decision from the appropriate business client, assessing the fit of these opportunities into current initiatives, or including the opportunity in future demand.
Partners directly with business resources to establish requirements for the implementation of changes in the business process.
Interprets the requirements for specific businesses and supports the implementation of strategies and systems to meet business objectives and requirements.
Provides project leadership, expertise, and counsel that result in the successful development and implementation of EtQ Reliance solutions for the enterprise.
Key Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals :
A Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant Information Technology experience including working directly with business clients.
Experience managing IT projects and / or programs, broad range of business and IT experiences.
Experience with software development methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
Experience with SQL, Python, and HTML scripting languages.
Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory.
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus :
Lean / Six Sigma proficiency preferred.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to identify, design, and implement end-to-end solutions.
Experience with deploying and driving execution via performance measurement, benchmarking, and visual management.
Experience with Process Improvement or Change Management projects.
