Position Description :
Oversees the processing, reporting, and resolution of
all warranty claims
on a wide variety of company equipment
their assembly, testing, shipment, use in the field and markets of use
Responsible for the closure of corrective actions as they relate to warranty
and delivered to customer on agreed upon date
Position Requirements : BS Mechanical Engineer
BS Mechanical Engineer
required within a heavy machinery environment, rotating equipment preferred
5+) years minimum experience in field installation / startup experience
verbal and writing skills
independently and in a team environment
effective oral communications interpersonal skills
knowledge and breath in engineering principals
Provide timely reporting of warranty performance.
Act as point of contact for customers on all warranty related issues and or
claims for all products related to the Vernon FSG facility).
other departments to resolve issues as they relate to warranty claims.
Coordinate with other departments to determine cause and to issue any necessary
product to field support activities handled by other internal Flowserve groups.

examination of all customer warranty claims according to policy.
