The nature of the work is focused on creating and servicing product demand.

Responsabilites :

  • Sales reps who are assigned to an account or several accounts who achieve sales goals on a seasonal basis as part of a team responsible for managing strategic accounts
  • Lead and development of accont plans with the customer trhu close collaboration
  • Explore Location

  • Work closely with a broad internal team on a seasonal business plan based on financial planning, sell-thru, account specific objectives (financial and category), and an understanding of the retailer s consumer base
  • Prepare Seasonal door level retail sales plans for account prior to seasonal account business meeting
  • Manage the marketplace by ensuring best presentation of stories and product to our best customers at the appropiate time
  • Work closely with category teams, planning and account team on directed door level assorment plans that contribute to a differented consumer experience.
  • Ensure appropriate seasonal product flow by category and by month, in order to optimize account opportunities.
  • Requieres knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills
  • Builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers
  • Solves a range of sraightforward problems
  • Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures
  • Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
  • Understands the key business drivers; uses this knowledge in own work
  • Expands conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens skills
  • Identifies and solves a range of problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions and assesses each using standard procedures
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience
  • Level Advanced of English
