In your role are expected to work and partner with teams around the world serving global scale clients.

The CEO & Enterprise Strategy aspires to partner to CEO on market disruption , broad corporate transformation , and leadership issues relevant to Board, shareholder, ESG, and connected C-level issues focusing on 3 domains :

reset and variabilize cost structures. architect business models that embrace the future of work and technology. It promotes corporate transformation by challenging the organization design.

reimagine products, services, and assets to disrupt and win the market.

A role in the CEO & Enterprise Strategy team is varied and stimulating because each project presents a new challenge and will provide exposure to new business issues, technologies, people, and multiple organizations.

We seek people who can challenge conventional thought , offer unique perspectives , and conceive innovative solutions.

Project Delivery!

Understand client issues and structure the problem to develop hypotheses around possible solutions; understand the company’s key strategic / operational issues (market definition, industry trends, client issues).

Compile data, conduct analyses of data to prove or disprove the hypotheses.

Develop and utilize industry knowledge to be able to make implementation-oriented recommendations.

Develop business case elements to highlight the financial implication of recommendations.

Develop knowledge of prevailing trends, financials, and operating drivers across multiple industry segments.

Build financial models to back up a business case

Help develop innovative, fact-based, and achievable strategies and operating models after evaluation of multiple strategic options.

We are recruiting Consultant / Analysts. It is a must to have prior experience in activities related to the scope areas pointed above within large companies or challenging projects.

Qualifications

IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor’s degree completed; MBA may be a plus.

High proficiency in English and Spanish.

Consultancy background is a plus.

Understanding of USA Market is a plus.

Ability to work with complex data. Knowledge of data analytics is a plus.
