Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customers inquiries via telephone or email by providing follow up status on their services, parts, Digital solutions, credit limits, order status, shipping information
  • Recommend and upsell services, spare parts, digital solutions per costumers need
  • Contribute to predefined contracts and establish framework of conditions and prices
  • Connect with targeted clients
  • Discuss sales approach with manager
  • Look up pricing and availability data for products and sales tools, and investigate status of back-ordered products
  • Assists with other types of sales associate requests as needed
  • Job Skills / Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED
  • Experience in sales, marketing or customer service specialist role
  • Familiarity with SAP / Oracle (nice to have)
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Desired Characteristics

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong problem solving skills
