The Role

Responsible for obtaining a "clean order", validating the required information obtained from different sources (Siebel8, IFO / EON).

This encompasses commercial information, and, for inter-regional orders, also the technical validation. Ensures the information is correctly entered in corresponding management system for system installation.

Activates the service billing once the customer has accepted the delivered services. Monitors and controls the automatic billing applying the controls defined in the pre-billing process.

The Main Responsibilities

Activates billing, documenting any additional required information, and eventually indicating in the company's systems any delays or pending issues delaying billing.

Pre-billing revision. Reviews accounts where differences are detected with BCC / Sales, and determines actions. Creates requests for manual billing when errros are detected.

Solves problems and / or gathers missing information to minimize delays.

Validates the order package for all Level3 products, backed up by the contract, ensuring that all required information to set-up billing is available, and that the order is viable for Delivery (EON) and Billing.

Might reject the order if it can not be validated. Solves problems and / or gathers missing information to minimize delays.

What We Look For in a Candidate

High-school diploma with 2 years of experience.

Experience with Siebel, EON and Dokuviz systems required. Experience with billing systems preferred.

English proficiency at B1 level required if working in a regional role; otherwise, english proficiency at B1 level desirable.

Proficient in Windows environment and MS Office products : Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

General knowledge of IT and telecommunications technologies. General knowledge of the company's products and solutions.

Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented and customer-oriented individual with an ability to work under general direction.

Methodical and organized in the management of information. Growing team-working skills.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Growing verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously.
