Develop and track OTT / Digital related KPIs for the entirety products' lifecycles.

Act as a platform expert and escalation point on product and technology issues from the tech-ops standpoint. Assist on tracking milestones, prevent or eliminate roadblocks, evaluate feature sets and budgets of the projects to enable and facilitable the rollput, deployment and delivery of fixes, features, enhancements, etc.
Look for and research for modern best practices, market trends and continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and methodologies to maintain a high level of service Collaborate and be a liason among other technical and product areas to optimize strategies and to identify new customers' needs, tools and solutions as our tech stack evolves.
Work with stakeholders and cross functional teams to define project scope, features and characteristics of OTT / Digital related technologies and assist in the coordination of the PMO, support functions and external partners to ensure the products accomplish and meets the business requirements and definitions
Support and help other areas to accomplish the goals effectively and coach, teach and evangelise those people who needs help or have less experience
Minimum Experience Requirements
5+ years video-content digital media industries experience AWS DevOPS expertise setting up and managing environments, automation, scaling, elasticity, performance & security
Experience playing a leadership role across a broad set of cross-functional operational, technical, product and business teams.
Version control and repositories management GitHub, GitBucket, etc
4+ years experience managing OTT / Digital operations at a large scale editorial, e-commerce or video service - B2B and / or D2C.
Demonstrated success experience in having actively participated on the development of innovative mobile&web video-Streaming and OTT platforms
Desirable Requirements (Not Mandatory)
Agile Methodologies, API Restful Integrations, Cloud and CDN Topologies, scripting knowledge and high load and demand services is a plus.
Not a developer anymore, but can handle code reviews, code analysis, debugging and propose fixes
Leads generation, CRM, Subscription and Payment Platforms BI data insights analytics related to digital / online payment platforms
Akamai or Level3 CDN - Caching experience
