Business Results

  • Express knowledge of firm's products and services needed to perform the job effectively
  • Facilitate day-to-day operations in support of business strategy (e.g., long term business plans) of the business
  • Collaborate with the business leadership by serving as a sounding board, advisor, facilitator and coordinator helping advance business agenda
  • Supports the business head (including the people agenda) with managing operations and level of various resources (e.g.
  • talent, materials and budget)

  • Utilize financial, market, and industry information to understand business issues and bottom line metrics
  • Achieve individual and business / function objectives including metrics in accordance with internal / external expectations and benchmarks
  • Exercise discipline in : analyzing, reporting, validating, and explaining information related to the job
  • Manage business performance (e.g., business reviews and expense management),Identify and remove roadblocks that impede performance
  • Take ownership, follow up, and drive resolution of issues through completion
  • Determine accountability and engage key stakeholders to drive work
  • Assess accurately the relative importance of business needs and prioritize accordingly
  • Manage expectations and deliver on what is promised
  • Coordinate / execute initiatives and processes in support of business plans

    Manage a 20 ppl team of graphic designers

  • Communicate clear and compelling messages and priorities consistent with the firms culture to guide and motivate others
  • Synthesize data and information to tell a story in a way that is most applicable to the audience
  • Ability to articulate where own job fits within the firm and how it contributes to the business
  • Develop and effectively use relationships inside and outside of the firm to accomplish work
  • Promote an inclusive and diverse work environment, empower team members to make decisions and work independently
  • Present thoughts and ideas persuasively, share rationale to gain commitment, and build support / sponsorship for action
  • Manage through conflict and change, deliver tough messages in a careful yet decisive manner

  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant domestic and international laws, and regulations
  • Contribute to the Regulatory & Control agenda
  • Qualitfications

  • 7+ years’ experience in managing a business / operations management and project management
  • A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
  • Candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced and demanding environment and must be a strategic, conceptual and analytical thinker
  • Project / Program management experience is a must, ability to demonstrate good project management discipline, create accountability and successfully deliver complex projects.
  • Experience with and / or knowledge of investment banking
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in English and Spanish speaking is a must
