Key Responsibilities The Knowledge Services (KS) team is responsible for the strategy and infrastructure behind knowledge sharing and collaboration at Accenture.

The KS Business Analyst (Senior Analyst / Specialist) a functional expert for knowledge sharing software products that are to be built and maintained, and is responsible for aligning technology with business strategy and goals of our collaboration ecosystem (Search, community interaction, document sharing, AI systems.

    Effectively communicate solution vision, roadmap and backlog of work -including success criteria- to the development team so they can provide work estimates and complete work to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

    Represent stakeholders in the project.Communicate with Product Manager (customer) and Product Owner on a regular basis to provide feedback on progress implementing the vision.

    Ensure end-user acceptance and understanding.Participate in developing proposals validating the solution approach within cost and scope.

    Develop deep platform-related industry, domain, or product expertiseCollaborate with User Experience team, planning ahead of time the UX research and designs to be ready for user stories creation.

    Work closely with the UX designers during the definition of user stories, agreeing on *what* and *how* should be developed from a user-centric point of view.

Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience Minimum 4 years of experience working with MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel) Technical Writing skillsFunctional skills Must have good English both written and oral.
